Reservations
To make a booking in advance, please read the following Booking Terms, check availability by contacting us by email or phone and then a booking form with payment details will be emailed to you for completion.
- Bed and breakfast is available all year
- 25% deposit required on booking more than one month ahead
- If booking less than one month ahead then the full amount will be due
- Check-in time between 4.30 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. or by arrangement
- Check-out time 10.00 a.m.
- Reduction for children 11 years and under.

Charges are based on two people sharing otherwise a single person supplement will apply.
Booking Terms and Conditions:
1. A deposit of 25% is payable upon booking if more than one month in advance. Balance payable at the end of your stay. For bookings less than one month in advance full price is payable on booking.
2. In the event of you cancelling the booking, payments will be refunded up to two months in advance of booking date.
3. All bookings are taken on condition that good care is taken of the room and its contents.
4. If there should be any cause for complaint or accidental damage this must be reported to the Owner immediately.
