To make a booking in advance, please read the following Booking Terms, check availability by contacting us and then print out the Booking Form from the link below.

• Bed and breakfast is available all year
• 25% deposit required on booking more than one month ahead
• If booking less than one month ahead then the full amount will be due
• Check-in time anytime after 4.30 p.m.
• Check-out time 10.30 a.m.
• Reduction for children 11 years and under.

Tariff 2008 Prices for room and breakfast:-
One night	£33.00 per person per night
Two to six nights	£28.00 per person per night
Seven nights	£26.00 per person per night
Double, Twin or Family rooms (Children over 5 years)
All non-smoking
No pets please

1.    A deposit of 25% is payable upon booking if more than one month in advance.  Balance payable at the end of your stay.  For bookings less than one month in advance full price is payable on booking.

2.    In the event of you cancelling the booking, payments will be refunded up to two months in advance of booking date.

3.    All bookings are taken on condition that good care is taken of the room and its contents.

4.    If there should be any cause for complaint or accidental damage this must be reported to the Owner immediately.
